First and foremost, I have to give a shout-out to HubSpot CRM.
This all-in-one sales and marketing platform is hands down one of the best CRM software out there and you can get started with it for FREE.
With HubSpot, you’ll be able to manage your contacts, track your deals, and even automate your marketing campaigns all in one place. Plus, the interface is super user-friendly and easy to navigate. It's simply amazing, to be honest.
If you'll ask me for one recommendation that will allow you to manage your customers and take care of marketing needs then HubSpot is definitely My #1 Recommendation.

However, I also know that sometimes one size doesn’t fit all and you may want to know about some alternatives.
And that’s why I have also mentioned a few other options that you might want to check out. Here they are:
FluentCRM: This option is good for small businesses and start-ups. It’s easy to use and affordable. While it has all the essential features that you'd need, I must also mention that it is a WordPress plugin and you'll also need a WordPress website to use it along with an SMTP mail client.
GetResponse: This one is great for individuals and businesses that are looking for a more robust CRM solution similar to HubSpot. It’s packed with tons of features and it can help you automate a lot of your work to grow your business faster.
Zoho CRM: I haven't used Zoho CRM much but I use Zoho Books and I love it. So I'm sure that their CRM is also a great one. So, you should definitely have a look at it. I think it is more suitable for large businesses but you never know. Maybe this is the right fit for you.
Needless to say that all of these CRM software are great options and will work wonders for your business, but as always, it’s important to do your own research and find the right fit for you.
My personal recommendation would be to go with HubSpot as always!
